UK DELIVERIES ONLY
All Happiness Box deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail 48 hour Tracked and can usually be expected within 2 - 3 business days.
Standard rate for Happiness Boxes is £5.
All Small Accessories will be sent by Royal Mail and can usually be expected within 2 - 3 business days.
Standard rate for Small Accessories is £2.
If you need an order more urgently, please do get in touch and I'll do my best to help.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
I hope that you'll be delighted with your order, but if you are not happy for any reason, please email me in the first instance to request a refund. Please note:
I have a 30 day standard return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Your order must be in the same condition that you received it in, with original packaging. Please ask for proof of postage for any returns. Postage cost for returns must be paid by the sender (other than in the case of any damages - see below)
To start a return, you can contact me at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
I will notify you as soon as I’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
I take every care to package all items for safe transit, but please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately by email at firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible. Thank you.
